Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the recommendation of SIBYL T. SILBERSTEIN as a member of the New York City Youth Board. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, which was referred to on November 13, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to section 734 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the recommendation by the Council of SIBYL T. SILBERSTEIN, as a member of the New York City Youth Board to serve for an undefined term. Res. No. ____ RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION BY THE COUNCIL OF SIBYL T.
