Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of ROSE GILL HEARN as the Commissioner of the Department of Investigation REPORTS Pursuant to Section 31 and Section 801 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of ROSE GILL HEARN as the Commissioner of the Department of Investigation to serve for an indefinite term. Res.
