Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of BENJAMIN KAIMON CHU, M.D. as a member of the New York City Board of Health. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on August 15, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 553 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of BENJAMIN KAIMON CHU, M.D. as a member of the New York City Board of Health to serve for the remainder of a four-year term that commenced on June 1, 2002 and will expire on May 31, 2006. Res. No. 489 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF BRUCE BENJAMIN KAIMON CHU, M.D. AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY BOARD OF HEALTH. By Council Member Comrie RESOLVED, that pursuant to sections 31 and 553 of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the appointment by the Mayor of BENJAMIN KAIMON CHU, M.D. as a member of the New York City Board of Health for the remainder of a four-year term that commenced on June 1, 2002 and will expire on May 31, 2006.
