Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of DAVID VLAHOV, Ph.D. as a member of the New York City Board of Health The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on June 26, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 553 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of DAVID VLAHOV, Ph.D. as a member of the New York City Board of Health to serve for a term expiring on May 31, 2004. Res. No. 429 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF DAVID VLAHOV, Ph.D. AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY BOARD OF HEALTH By Council Member Comrie RESOLVED, that pursuant to sections 31 and 553 of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the appointment by the Mayor of DAVID VLAHOV, Ph.D. as a member of the New York City Board of Health for a term expiring on May 31, 2004.
