Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 060148 (A) MCX, for a proposed modification pursuant to Section 2-06(c) (1) of the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, for a major concession for a tennis facility in an approximately five acre portion of parkland, generally bounded by the Harlem River; Ramp A, the 161st Street Exit from the Major Deegan Expressway; Exterior Street; and the inland prolongation of the southern edge of Slip 4 (Block 2539, part of Lot 2), (L.U. No. 86).
