Int 0701-2015
Low energy intensity building requirements for certain capital projects.
This bill would require city-owned buildings to be designed and constructed as low energy intensity buildings. The bill would require the Mayor to produce an annual report with information about capital projects subject to this bill’s design and construction requirements. The Mayor would also be required to produce a triennial report containing recommended practices for designing and constructing low energy intensity buildings.
