A Local Lawn to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to revoking a food vending license for certain violations

This bill would require the revocation of a food vendor license where a food vendor fails to properly dispose of garbage, refuse and liquid wastes as required by section 89.25 of the Health Code.
