A Local Law to suspend certain civil offenses during the COVID-19 pandemic
This bill would suspend certain parking, DOB, and sanitation offenses and invalidate enforcement actions for those offenses for the period in time during which a state of emergency has been declared by the mayor of New York city or governor of New York related to the COVID-19 virus.
