A Local Law in relation to a stipend program for individuals impacted by COVID-19
This bill would require the Department of Social Services to create a one-time stipend program for any person impacted by COVID-19 who meets certain income requirements and is required to self-quarantine as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
