A Local Law in relation to requiring the department of small business services to report on the impact of COVID-19 on small businesses

This bill would require the Department of Small Business Services to submit to the Mayor, the Council and the Public Advocate a report on the impact of COVID-19 on small businesses citywide, including information regarding revenues lost, jobs eliminated, and businesses permanently closed.
