A Local Law in relation to requiring the department of housing preservation and development to report on regulatory agreements with housing development fund companies

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to report on median and average maximum allow incomes, resale prices, maintenance fees and rents set in regulatory agreements with Housing Development Fund Companies.
