A Local Law in relation to requiring the department of buildings to report on the efficacy of outdoor reset controls

This bill would require the Department of Buildings to conduct a study on the efficacy of outdoor reset controls on all buildings, and submit the study to the Mayor and City Council by December 31, 2017.
