A Local Law in relation to requiring the creation and distribution of a guide regarding changes in the policies and procedures of the department of social services/human resources administration due to COVID-19

This bill would require the Department of Social Services/Human Resources Administration to create a guide providing information about changes in the department’s policies and procedures due to COVID-19. The guide would be made available on the department’s website and mailed to each client of the department within 30 days of the effective date of the law.
