Title 8 of the New York City Administrative Code requires the Commission on Human Rights to receive complaints of discrimination. This bill would require the Commission to evaluate the system it uses to track and evaluate complaints and to develop a written policy and procedure to alleviate or reduce delays with its handling of complaints.
