Name Change, Harriet Ross Tubman Avenue, Brooklyn

A Local Law in relation to the renaming of Fulton street, Borough of Brooklyn, so that it shall hereafter be known as Harriet Ross Tubman Avenue and to amending the official map of the City of New York accordingly.
