A Local Law in relation to a pilot program for the use of sensor-enhanced public litter baskets

This bill would require the establishment of a one year pilot program for the use of sensor-enhanced litter baskets that are capable of determining the amount of refuse they contain and reporting that information in real-time to the Department of Sanitation.
