A Local Law in relation to establishing an ombudsperson within the department of transportation
This bill would require the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation to designate an ombudsperson for the purpose of receiving and investigating complaints and comments in connection with the Canarsie Tunnel closure starting in 2019 (also known as the L-train shutdown).
