A Local Law in relation to directing the commissioner of investigation to investigate the misuse of city-issued parking permits

This bill would require the Commissioner of Investigation to launch a citywide investigation into the issuance and distribution of parking placards by City agencies, and their use or misuse, over the course of fiscal year 2020. The investigation will conclude with a comprehensive report to the Speaker of the Council detailing its findings and including recommendations for addressing placard abuse.
