Debt owed by owners of medallions.

A Local Law in relation to debt owed by owners of medallions

This bill would require the Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) or another agency or office designated by the mayor to study the problem of medallion owner debt. Following the study, TLC or another agency or office would be required to determine appropriate actions to address such problem.
