A Local Law to authorize the extension of deadlines for the filing of applications and renewal applications for real property tax abatement and exemption programs.

This local law would extend the deadline to file an application or a renewal application to July 15, 2020 for applications for the School Tax Relief Exemption, the Disabled Crime Victim/Good Samaritan Exemption, the Clergy Exemption, the Cooperative and Condominium Property Tax Abatement, the Senior Citizen Homeowners’ Exemption, the Disabled Homeowners’ Exemption, the Veterans Exemption, and the Alternative Veterans Exemption that were due in calendar year 2020.
