A Local Law to amend section 5 of local law number 21 for the year 2006 amending the administrative code of the city of New York relating to applying certain fuel and technology exemptions and requirements to department of correction vehicles specially equipped for emergency response and to buses purchased for use by the department of correction, in relation to extending an exemption from purchasing requirements.
