Establishing an office of black male excellence.

A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to establishing an office of black male excellence

This bill would establish an Office of Black Male Excellence. The office would analyze and provide recommendations relating to socioeconomic issues that Black males face, and serve as a liaison to other city agencies on issues related to Black males. The office would also report their activities, analyses, and recommendations.
