A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to establishing an office of small business digitalization and technical amendments in relation thereto

This bill would establish an Office of Small Business Digitalization, headed by a director, to coordinate and facilitate the digitalization of small businesses in the City. This bill would also require the Office to submit an annual report regarding the Office’s activities and the digitalization of small businesses to the Mayor and the Speaker of the Council and post such report on its website.
