A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to establishing an office of child care to oversee free child care for all city residents

The proposed bill would create an Office of Child Care and charge the office with improving and expanding child care across the city, including by establishing free child care for all city residents no later than four years after the effective date of the local law.
