A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to requiring civilian complaint review board members and investigators to participate in a firearm use and safety training conducted by the police department.

This bill would require members of the Civilian Complaint Review Board and investigators employed by the Board to participate in a firearm use and safety training conducted by the New York City Police Department, within the first year of their appointment or hire.
