Reporting on emergency congregate housing.

A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to reporting on emergency congregate housing

This bill would require the mayor to submit a weekly report providing information about each location used as emergency congregate housing and the individuals who reside there. Additionally, for any emergency congregate housing location that is not in compliance with applicable operational requirements, the mayor would be required to submit a plan for bringing the location into compliance and provide monthly progress updates.
