A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to monitoring power plants performance

This bill would amend section 20 of the New York City Charter to add a new subdivision k requiring the department to track all department of environmental conservation reports on Title V power plants and, when any power plant is not in compliance with its permits, submit comments on the proposed renewal.
