A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to a cannabis business directory

This bill would require the Office of Cannabis Business Services to create and regularly update a directory of active cannabis establishments in the city, identifying where such establishments are operated by social and economic equity applicants and minority- and women-owned business enterprises, and make such directory available on the website of the Department of Small Business Services.
