A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to establishing a cable franchise agreements website

The proposed legislation would require the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (Department) to create and maintain an online portal containing information related to franchise agreements for the provision of cable television services. The Department would be required to update information contained in the portal every year.
