A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to a cable franchise agreements website

The proposed legislation would require the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications to create and maintain an online portal containing information related to franchise agreements for the provision of cable television services. The Department would also be required to update the information in the portal every year.
