A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to providing notice of public meetings conducted by the banking commission
This bill would require the New York City Banking Commission to provide notice of public meetings in the City Record and post on its website, no less than 30 days before the date of a public meeting. It would also require that the notice be electronically transmitted to the office of the speaker of the council, each council member, and the chairs of all community boards, no later than the date the notice is published.
