A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to school door alarm reporting

This bill would require annual reporting by the Department of Education regarding the number of incidents in which a school door alarm provided an audible alert and, if known, the reasons why, including unauthorized or authorized student departures, defective door alarms, or departures by persons other than students, such as school faculty or staff.
