Requiring reporting on art commission conflicts of interest.
A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to requiring reporting on art commission conflicts of interest
This bill would require members of the Public Design Commission to report additional information in their disclosures to the Conflicts of Interest Board, including information regarding former employers and whether they have recused themselves from reviewing matters related to the personal, professional and business relationships they have disclosed.
