Selection of outdoor works of art for the percent for art program.

A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to the selection of outdoor works of art for the percent for art program

This bill would require at least 50 percent of all chosen art works funded through the Percent for Art program during each fiscal year, beginning in fiscal year 2021, to be installed outdoors. It would also require the Department of Cultural Affairs to provide more information on the art works on the Percent for Art website.
