Requiring the mayor or the mayor’s designee to consider reports of unresponsive, hostile and uncooperative behavior of contractors during the course of council investigations in evaluating the integrity, performance and capability of such contractors.

The mayor or the mayor’s designated agency evaluates the integrity, performance and capability of entities that seek to contract with the city. This bill would require the mayor or the mayor’s designated agency to consider in such evaluations any reports of the council that such entities demonstrated unresponsive, hostile and uncooperative behavior during the course of a council-conducted investigation.
