Appointment of members to the Waterfront Management Advisory Board.

A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to the appointment of members to the Waterfront Management Advisory Board

This bill would change the language concerning appointed members of the Waterfront Management Advisory Board to allow individuals who hold public office, such as community board positions, to serve on the Waterfront Management Advisory Board. This bill would not change the restriction on appointment of public employees.
