A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to monitoring power plants performance

This bill amends the Chapter 1 subchapter §20 of the New York City Charter is amended to add a new subdivision f requiring the department to track all department of environmental conservation reports on Title V power plants and when any power plant is not in compliance with its permits submit comments on the proposed renewal.
