Anti-sexual harassment trainings at city agencies.
A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to anti-sexual harassment trainings at city agencies, as proposed in introduction number 612-A for the year 2018, and to amend a local law in relation to climate surveys and action plans to combat sexual harassment and equal employment opportunity violations at city agencies, as proposed in introduction number 664-A for the year 2018, in relation to certain amendments
This bill would make three amendments to two recently passed legislative bills, Int. 612-A for the year 2018 and Int. 664-A for the year 2018: (i) Int. 612-A for the year 2018: in subdivision a, the department of citywide administrative services and not the commission on human rights will determine what forms of training meet the definition of “interactive training;” (ii) Int. 664-A for the year 2018: in subdivision c, the date September 31, 2018 is changed to September 30, 2018; and (iii) Int. 664-A for the year 2018: in subdivision c, the word “are” is changed to “is.”
