Requiring reflective material on garbage containers.

A Local Law to amend the New York city building code and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring reflective material on garbage containers

This bill would mandate that containers holding debris or waste on construction sites and receptacles placed outside for waste pick-up, be equipped with reflective material sufficient to be visible to oncoming traffic.
