A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to the disposition of real property of the city

This bill would require that when the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) disposes of City-owned land for affordable housing, they prioritize not-for-profit organizations whose missions include affordable housing with a commitment to permanent affordability and with a record of preserving or creating affordable housing.
