A Local Law to amend the New York City building code, in relation to requiring new nighttime establishments and new residential buildings that face commercial establishments to be fitted with soundproof windows and walls

This bill would amend the building code by establishing soundproofing requirements in certain circumstances for walls, windows, partitions, entrance and exit doors, and floor-ceiling constructions in new commercial nighttime establishments and new multiple-dwelling residential buildings.
