A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to requiring the department of design and construction to provide notice to residents prior to the scheduled interruption of water service

This bill would require the Department of Design and Construction (DDC) provide notice to residential occupants of buildings seventy-two hours before DDC is to shut off water service to that building as a result of planned work.
