A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to informing parent teacher associations, community education councils, and principals of instructional arts education requirements.

This bill would require the New York City Department of Education to make available to all parent teacher associations, community education councils, and principals data regarding instructional requirements for the arts in schools for the previous school year. The data may be submitted through electronic means or otherwise.
