A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to expanding the membership of the board of standards and appeals

This bill would expand the membership of the BSA from five mayoral appointed commissioners to sixteen commissioners: five appointed by the Mayor; five appointed by the Council, five appointed, one each, by the Borough Presidents, and one appointed by the Public Advocate.
