A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to requiring the department of small business services to report on its Workforce Development Centers

This bill would require the Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to report on its Workforce Development Centers. The bill would also require SBS to report on disconnected youth who utilize SBS for workforce development services.
