A Local Law to amend the New York city fire code and the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the use of outdoor residential fire pits.

The proposed Local Law would amend the New York City Fire Code and Administrative Code regarding adding residential fire pits to existing exemptions to the general prohibition on open fires.
