A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to a board of standards and appeals coordinator within the department of city planning
This bill would require the Department of City Planning to publicly post the name and contact information of the employee acting as a coordinator with the Board of Standards and Appeals. The Department would also post a record of each application for a variance or a special permit to the Board of Standards and Appeals for which the Department provided testimony, as well as a copy of such testimony. The Board of Standards and Appeal website would link to such testimony.
