A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to requiring the department of citywide administrative services to issue an annual report on collisions involving city-owned vehicles
This bill would require the Department of Citywide Administrative Services to annually report to the Council information regarding collisions involving city-owned vehicles during the previous calendar year, including information such as the agency involved; the community board, borough or county where such collision occurred; the surface and weather conditions at the time such collisions occurred; whether the collision was with a moving or non-moving object; whether the collision involved a pedestrian or bicyclist; and whether the collision resulted in an injury or fatality.
