A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to establishing auditing requirements for minority and women-owned business enterprise procurement

This bill would make it a requirement that the Comptroller to conduct annual audits focused solely on MWBE procurement. This bill would also allow the Comptroller to appoint someone in his office to oversee and execute such audit.
