A Local Law to amend the New York city charter, in relation to an annual helicopter sightseeing plan

This bill would require the entity that administers economic development benefits on the City’s behalf – currently the New York City Economic Development Corporation (EDC) – to produce an annual helicopter sightseeing plan in consultation with community advocates, industry representatives and other experts referred by the Mayor or Speaker of the Council.
